    As the Strategic Channel Development Manager, you will be responsible for successfully identifying new channels and prospective partners and creating and the delivery of multiple, concurrent, and high-impact, revenue-generating programs at the corporate level.

    The Strategic Channel Development Manager will drive the new go-to-market strategies within the identified channels. This role is for a Strategic Hunter, someone with an entrepreneurial view, and a keen understanding of business-to-business selling.


    Qualifications:
    At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    Minimum of 8+ years' experience in Channel Development or Sales Management
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
    Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
    Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
    Results-driven and self-motivated
    Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

    Responsibilities
    Identify new channel opportunities, and perform all sales functions including prospecting, value proposition alignment, negotiation and contracting, and closing.
    Oversee and drive project or program execution from inception to delivery for Channel success.
    Actively manage key deliverables while advocating Channel through cross-functional teams
    Set the strategic and tactical direction for channel marketing activities that generate revenue in the channel.
    Responsible for driving strategy and growth.
    Interact with various roles across the Cinch teams to identify, define, and design Partner GTM.
    Prospect in areas that are highly scalable and repeatable.
    Perform other duties as assigned.
