Our Clinical Director is responsible for monitoring the daily clinical operations of a single location, providing services to learners receiving insurance-funded or private-pay-funded services.
What You'll Do
Ensure the smooth transition of incoming clients and discharging clients
Monitor 5-to-7 BCBAs and their current caseloads
Monitor clinical team staffing schedules to ensure continuous delivery of authorized services
Monitor operations of day-to-day services to ensure smooth service delivery among all providers
Attend various leadership meetings at the regional level
Implement training curriculum for all new staff and monitor the performance of clinical staff
Interview and hire new clinical staff, including BCBAs and RBTs, and participate in the hiring process of administrative staff
Design, implement, and systematically monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
Supervise interns/apprentices seeking BCBA certification weekly
Complete and promptly submit documentation regarding hours of service and services rendered for prompt billing to payors
Write 6-month progress reports to secure the continuation of service authorization from payors as deemed clinically required and necessary
Create goals for skills generalization and maintenance
Provide team member and caregiver training in collaboration with the Director of Training & Professional Development
At times, maintain a small caseload of 3-to-6 clients
Travel for assessments, oversight of clinical team, and support for high-risk clients
Requirements
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
BCBA certification
LBA state of Tennessee
5 years of experience in the ABA field (preferred)
Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
