- Observes gaming-related activities and ensures compliance with Nation-State compact requirements and National Indian Gaming Commission internal controls.
- Using independent judgment and discretion, investigates and resolves gaming-related complaints or inquiries initiated by patrons.
- Collaborates with Surveillance, Games and/or other departments as necessary to thoroughly investigate and resolve complaints.
- Verifies validity of large wins at gaming machines, Pull tabs, Bingo and Keno.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, Audit, or related field preferred; OR one to two years of professional experience in regulation, gaming, law enforcement or related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel programs.
- Strong conflict resolution skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proven ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
