Overview

This position entails executing both routine and specialized tasks related to the shipping of materials, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Package products for shipment as necessary
Oversee and manage shipping supplies, initiating procurement requests to restock as required
Conduct data entry tasks on computer systems
Maintain optimal stock levels in shipping areas and replenish inventory when needed
Adhere to established procedures and maintain a detailed Log Book for BOMs and drawings
Engage in regular interactions with other departments and carriers to address relevant matters
Undertake additional duties as delegated
Contribute actively to the team's objectives

General Duties

Adhere to quality, occupational safety, and environmental regulations
Follow the directives of quality/environmental management representatives and occupational safety specialists

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent with proficient reading, writing, and math skills
Less than 1 year of professional experience
Prior experience in warehouse operations is advantageous

No Travel Required

Physical Demands
Capable of lifting and transporting items weighing up to 50 lbs on a semi-regular basis
