Description
Ahlers & Ogletree Auction Gallery, the leading full-service Fine Art and Antique Auction House located in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking aFull-Time Client Services Representative .
The client services representative is the first point of contact for our clients and ensures that each client receives the highest standard of service possible.
Specific duties include working daily at our front reception area, answering inbound phone calls, assisting walk-in clients, and assisting our buyers and consignors with general questions regarding consignments and auctions.
The Client Services Representative will also be responsible for certain post-auction responsibilities, including but not limited to invoicing, payments, and assisting with shipping.
QualificationsCustomer Service experience of a minimum of two years is required, experience with fine art, antiques, and/or the auction industry is preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google suite.Experience with customer invoicing and collections a plus.
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a growing and fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Must be able to make educated and thoughtful decisions.
