    ***They need this person to be in OKC or Tulsa. OR within a proximity of OKC where one can drive to OKC when needed. Must be willing to drive over as needed if outside of Oklahoma City, OK***

    Job Summary

    The Manager, Network Operations will be responsible for supervising a team of network administrators, engineers, and architects. This individual will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the needs of the business and its users. The manager will work closely with other departments to identify and implement solutions that improve network performance, security, and reliability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Supervise a team of network administrators, engineers, and architects

    Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure

    Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement solutions that improve network performance, security, and reliability

    Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's network and data

    Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise

    Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to network services and equipment

    Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of network and data communications

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

    Several years of experience in network administration, engineering, or architecture

    Strong leadership and management skills

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

    Strong communication and collaboration skills

    In-depth knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and security best practices

    Proficiency in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning tools

    In-depth knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, and other network technologies.

    Familiarity with Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, and F5.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure and tight deadlines

    Experience with network design, implementation, and maintenance in a large, complex environment.
