    Description

    DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital is the largest hospital in the DMC network, providing a wide range of services including heart care, cancer treatment, geriatric care, emergency services, women's health, and cosmetic procedures. The hospital is known for its innovative approach to joint replacement surgeries, attracting patients from across the country. Sinai-Grace also operates multiple outpatient care facilities and surgery centers in Wayne and Oakland Counties, playing a vital role in setting national standards for cardiac care.

    Position Overview

    As a Pharmacy Intern at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital, you will work under the guidance of licensed pharmacists to assist in the preparation, dispensing, and delivery of medications and supplies following established protocols. You will collaborate with medical staff and healthcare providers to ensure timely medication delivery to patients and participate in educational initiatives to enhance departmental operations and patient care.

    Your level of involvement in various projects will depend on your academic progression and professional development.

    Requirements:

    1. Currently enrolled in the first year of a pharmacy program at an accredited institution.

    2. Eligible for or hold registration as a Pharmacy Intern in the state of Michigan.
