    Mail Service Representative


    The Mail Service Representative role involves selling postage, handling incoming mail, sorting and distributing mail as well as performing various administrative tasks.



    • This includes assisting customers with general mailing needs such as completing address changes or holding mail.

    Representatives are also responsible for other duties like providing post office box keys or answering customer inquiries related to postal services. They must be knowledgeable about various types of mail including packages, letters and postcards. Their work requires strong communication skills to handle customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive attitude towards clients.
