    Sr Mgr, Finance & M&A (Renewable Energy) sought by Hecate Energy (Chicago, IL) to develop & maintain fin models, respond to RFPs, lead financing & M&A, develop & eval corp strategic alternatives, monitor power, utilities, & energy storage trends, & maintain investor relations


    PRIMARY REQS:
    Master's deg or its forgn equiv in Fin, Acc, Env Sci, Geog Info Sys or a rel field PLUS 3 yrs (36 full mos) of the follow'g post-bac exp: analyzing renew enrgy ind trends, of which 12 full mos must be driving corp fin & M&A deals in an invest bank/consult setting, performing in-depth fin analysis, creating & managing fin models in MS Excel, creating mktg matrls, & interacting with fin invstrs


    ALT REQS:

    SALARY:
    $197,246 /yr
