- Conduct a thorough analysis of the project before it turns into a sales order.
- Collaborate with the sales team to define the technical scope, manufacturing timelines, and project management details
- Ensure alignment between sales commitments and technical feasibility.
- Provide technical expertise to support the sales team during the pre-sales phase
- Assist in defining technical requirements and constraints to set accurate customer expectations.
- Maintain continuous communication with customer throughout the project lifecycle
- Act as the primary decision-maker for all technical and execution aspects of the project.
- Balance technical requirements with resource constraints to make informed decisions
- Regularly report project progress and results to the company's board.
- Take responsibility for project outcomes, both positive and negative.
