    Job Description

    Advanced Professional Leadership role. Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Demonstrates leadership on large-scale projects including but not limited to merger integrations, value creation, efficiency transformation and portfolio reviews. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.

    Our Transformation team of senior professionals have not just capabilities as internal business advisors but in many cases also senior level executives in operational roles. Across all levels, our team actively manages a portfolio of strategic initiatives both cross-functionally as well as focused in the business areas. We work in a "hands-on", action-oriented style with internal stakeholders, primarily responsible for:

    • Working closely with senior leadership supporting Board and Executive Teams strategic business transformation agenda and post close M&A strategy.
    • M&A Integration or Separation related activities supporting deal rationale.
    • Manage cross-enterprise strategic initiatives including M&A actions and acquisition integration.
    • Lead value creation initiatives including organizational readiness, value-based thinking and design.
    • Prepare communication materials, for Board and executive reporting, including integrating analysis and "telling the story" in a clear and effective manner.
    • Establish effective working relationships and ensure consistent and timely follow-up on outstanding actions for Steering committees, weekly meetings, etc.
    • This fast-paced role provides an outstanding opportunity to grow quickly and be exposed to the entirety of the Worldpay business.

    What you bring:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher
    • 10+ years of experience in a large corporate environment or management consulting
    • Prior M&A, governance and change management experience
    • Cross functional collaboration and leadership skills
    • Strong data and analytic skills with large datasets and complex processes
    • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
    • Compelling written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to construct and convey an executive level narrative describing M&A integration status and impact in realizing investment thesis
    • Persuasive interpersonal skills, as the role requires coordination of activities across the organization, and leadership through influence
