    A successful, outside-the-box, growing-rapidly law office serving families and businesses is looking for a friendly, sharp, and confident Client Facing Paralegal.

    This role involves working directly under the estate planning attorneys as well as the Associate/Director of Planning. This team member creates a relationship with the client that starts when they engage the firm and becomes the client's main point of contact until the conclusion of representation.

    This is an in-office position. This is a long-term position with room for growth.

    Compensation:

    $50,000 - $75,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Create and review spreadsheets and other documents to confirm design and instructions for the client's needs
    • Confirm details and address any questions with the client
    • Use professional software to assist in drafting various estate planning legal documents such as trusts, wills, codicils, ancillary documents, real estate deeds, affidavits and other assignments and acceptances
    • Design and present estate plans, kids protection plans, and corporate black bookbinders to clients
    • File corporate formations and entity maintenance
    • Prepare EIN authorization, and SS4 Forms, and obtain EINs
    • Lead the signing ceremony meeting and notarize all documents
    • Assist clients in titling and naming of assets
    • Manage various databases and software programs
    • Uphold a strong work ethic, good judgment, professional appearance, and a positive demeanor
    Qualifications:
    • A Bachelor's degree is a plus
    • At least 5 years of experience in estate planning paralegal work
    • Demonstrated competence in working with multiple databases (e.g. Clio, , Wealth Counsel), as well as various portals and programs
    • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications
    • An aptitude for effective verbal and written communication
    • A driven work ethic and the capacity to exercise sound judgment
    • A responsible attitude and an appropriate demeanor
