A Bright Future is looking to hire a full time CLI (Community Living Instructor) for adults with disabilities and mental illness in the Dixon, ca area. CLI's Provide necessary instruction to participants as well as to assist them with maintaining their independence and safety in the community. The pay is $16 hr

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older

0-6 months experience working with adults with disabilities and or mental illness. Experience can be paid, unpaid, or volunteer experience.

A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.

If no experience can be demonstrated; A Bright Future will hold mandatory trainings prior to working with participants.

A valid drivers License

Reliable transportation and car insurance

Negative TB test

CPR or willing to be trained within 90 days of employment

DOJ (Department of Justice) clearance

Successful completion or pre-employment drug screening (prior to employment)

CPR and First Aid training, or willingness to be trained within 90 days of employment.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to talk and hear; regularly required to sit, stand, walk use hands and fingers, and reach within arms length; lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds; possess visual acuity; and possibly drive during their assigned work shift.
