Job summary

This BDM will be responsible for generating new leads, opportunities, and revenue growth regional within the New Energy market (Hydrogen, CCUS, Biofuels, Geothermal, Renewables, Marine, Nuclear and Electrification) and ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include building relationships with targeted companies across the entire organization from senior executives project managers and relevant engineering contacts identifying new project opportunities working collaboratively with Projects team to prioritize opportunities executing business development and sales plan to exceed order revenue targets from targeted customer accounts providing local market domain insights for global strategic agenda of John Crane as well as top management briefings participating supporting technical commercial proposals contract negotiations in collaboration with regional sales project teams related to energy transition applications markets presenting John Cranes product range its technical attributes benefits at customers during trade shows industry conferences acting regional subject matter expert internal collaboration Government Policy teams market trend analysis contribution new product developments marketing activities

Degree in engineering preferred preferably process engineering chemical engineering mechanical engineering industrial engineering or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 10 years of commercial experience with at least 5 years in business development in a regional team demonstrating successful value creation.
