    Position Summary Information


    Job Description Summary:

    * Provide first level help desk support to provide support of all UNIT supported systems.* Consult with students, faculty, and staff.

    * Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions.* Log calls utilizing help desk system.


    Requirements:

    * Some technical knowledge to support the IT infrastructure.* Must be a graduate student.

    * Excellent written and oral communication skills.* Excellent customer service skills.


    Additional Information:

    * Summer, Fall, and Spring position.* UNIT will provide ALL training.
