- CNA certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Med Aid certificate (we are willing to train the right candidate).
- Must have and maintain CPR and first-aid certifications.
- North Carolina driver's license.
- Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment while maintaining a home environment for the residents.
- Demonstrating a positive attitude at all times and an ability to remain calm under stressful conditions.
- Communicating with residents and family members in a polite, professional manner.
- Demonstrating creativity in assisting and participating in planned and casual activities with the residents and team members.

Job DescriptionSouthern Magnolia Living is a nurse-owned, boutique assisted living home which provides compassionate, personalized care to seniors. Southern Magnolia offers a preferable alternative to larger senior facilities and nursing homes that are not customized to individual needs. It's a place where residents have a sense of autonomy, dignity, privacy, and respect.
Our approach to well-being is holistic in nature with a primary focus on relationship-centered care. We aim to inspire as much independence as possible and help our seniors maintain good health. Our ultimate goal is for our residents to age comfortably in place. We provide assisted activities for daily living and help our residents with whatever they need in the way of personal care, medication management, personal and social activities to provide a full and engaging life.
