Role Description

This is a full time role based from our corporate office in Lancaster, PA for a Business Development Manager, Deli & Bakery. The location of residence for this position is flexible within the assigned market. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing new business opportunities for Fresh Focus Sales & Marketing, LLC's Deli, Bakery & retail division along with managing and growing the existing business within the assigned territory and accounts. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth, achieve measurable results, and increase market share. Expansion into meat, seafood, produce or other fresh departments within the assigned territory and accounts could be expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing
• Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles and techniques
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful business plans
• Ability to understand and analyze market trends and customer needs
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Ability to travel, and a valid driver's license
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales or marketing experience in the Deli and Bakery categories.
