    Human Resources Administrator Role

    The Coalition for Responsible Community Development is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to provide administrative support to the HR department in day-to-day operations.

    This entry-level position assists with employee onboarding, HR systems administration, and documentation of employee records ensuring efficient and compliant processes. Key responsibilities include:

    • Providing general administrative support for the HR team's daily tasks and long-term goals
    • Supporting new hires by verifying completion of documents and preparing orientation files
    • Maintaining accurate up-to-date employee files records and documentation
    • Responding to internal requests inquiries with professionalism confidentiality
    • To succeed in this role you will need strong organizational skills attention to detail accuracy excellent verbal written communication skills ability prioritize manage multiple tasks fast-paced environment proficiency Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook SharePoint) experience using Paylocity similar HRIS platforms preferred knowledge California labor laws compliance all HR administrative processes required.
