    Hiring for a Full Stack .Net Developer.

    Current project: working 4-5 projects at once. majority of projects are Sitefinity sites. some on-site, some in the cloud. Will work with client developers on some projects, will be Tech Lead/Main developer on others,

    Must haves:

    • Have to be very adept in .NET/C#
    • High level of communication
    • Very organized and experience with giving accurate timelines to clients for different CMS'

    Job Summary:

    Our client is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer with mid to senior level experience to fill a technology lead role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coding, a solid understanding of software development principles, and experience in developing web applications using the .NET framework.     Responsibilities:


    •     Develop and maintain web applications using a variety of .NET versions


    • Write, version (.git) and test (unit tests) clean, efficient, and well-documented code


    • Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and architecture stakeholders on

    solution design, estimation, technical issues, architectural considerations, and engineering

    assessment of product goals


    • Leverage a team to develop, customize, and implement solutions to meet project objectives and

    timelines


    • Provide guidance and support to project managers to plan sprints, epics, and tasks within relevant

    task management applications such as: Jira, Trello, Asana, MS DevOps, etc


    • Understand how modern frameworks function and leverage them to increase efficiency while

    building solutions. Example frameworks include Bootstrap, React, Vue, Angular, etc


    • Define architecture design patterns and development best practices and drive adoption across

    different initiatives within the Product Development team


    • Plan accordingly and ensure team output meets expectations, identify barriers, and collaborate on

    solutions to remove blockers.

    Experience and Skills:


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field


    • 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development using .NET framework


    • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks (React, Angular,

    )


    • Experience with server-side frameworks (ASP.Net, ASP.Net Core)


    • Familiarity with database systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)


    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


    • Ability to work independently and in a matrixed team environment


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


    • Experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus


    • Experience with WordPress or the PHP (LAMP) Stack is also a plus
