- Overseeing and directing projects related to the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical/electronic aspects of manufacturing and packaging equipment and facilities
- Providing guidance, direction, and training to less experienced technicians
- Collaborating with technicians across all shifts and completing general work orders
- Identifying and implementing enhancements to processes, productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency
- Managing work orders and addressing issues
- Developing and managing Preventative Maintenance Plans within SAP
- Interacting with operations and warehouse staff to ensure well-documented work orders
- Researching, evaluating, and procuring necessary equipment parts
- Generating maintenance-related reports to support audits and investigations
- Spearheading efforts to enhance maintenance procedures and optimize PM scheduling
- Providing guidance and training to technicians as required
- Leading special projects to drive continuous improvement in the maintenance department
- Have a minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience as a licensed electrician
- Possess a valid Vermont Electricians license; master electrician certification is preferred
- Hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with proficiency in SAP PM/MM modules and Microsoft Excel
- Can interpret blueprints, perform tasks based on them, and have good mathematical abilities
