Description
Job PurposeTeam member will manage projects from end to-end in an efficient manner, ensuring timely delivery of a quality and successful project.
Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of projects with a focus on engineering systems and software changes.
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project.
Prepare reports for management regarding status of project.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
Document internal processes.
Maintain levels of communication internally to create high levels of project transparency over the whole project timeline.
Partnering with the Operations Manager as required in order to substantiate any project escalations for quick and effective resolutions.
Promptly assist with any support requests.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Required SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProject management experience preferred.
Background in engineering and software preferred. AutoCAD, SQL, Construct.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Reliable & good time management skillsHighly self-motivated with a can-do attitudeThe ability to set and maintain a high standardUnderstand the importance of a thorough project and thinking ahead before each required step.
Requires a strong understanding of products, tools, and proceduresCabinet Experience 3 yr. minimum preferredWorking ConditionsTo effectively execute this position at times requires working more than 40 hours a week, including weekends.Always working under the pressure of tight deadlines, this position demands the need to multitask and keep several balls in the air at once with a high level of urgency.
Physical RequirementsOccasional standing for long periods of time is expected.
