- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in diversity and multiculturalism
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience in conflict management or related fields
- Ability to de-escalate crises and maintain empathy under stress
- Knowledge of UC structure and policies
- Proficiency in Spanish
- CO-OP or equivalent practice with IOA standards
