Job description
Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Senior level Configuration management Specialist who will maintain total configuration data management of NTNO & NTCGO systems throughout Acquisition Lifecycle for Coast Guard cutters.
Job DescriptionPerform configuration management and data entry into the Model Based Product Support (MBPS), US Navy configuration database.
Add, change, or delete configuration items from existing databases and ensure data accuracy.
Analyze and maintain hierarchical data structures for assignment systems.
Analyze and input submitted configuration change forms or documents.
Contribute to the creation of Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs), Configuration Control Board (CCB) analysis, and Logistics Engineering Reports.
Perform database queries and provide reports on data calls.
Conduct shipboard configuration validation audits of all systems installed at delivery, after the vessel's post-delivery availability, prior to departure from the vessel's PSA-1 and PSA-2.
QualificationsMust have at least 10+ years of experience working Configuration Management with NTNO & NTCGO systems new acquisitions.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have mastery of Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiarity with Military Documentation Standards. (MILSTDS) also required.
Desired Qualification
Have an extensive background in Provisioning, Configuration Management, design interface support, and training are highly desired.
Experience with Model Based Product Support (MBPS), US Navy configuration database.
Experience in U.S. Coast Guard FLS, ACMS, CGLIMS is a plus

Secret Clearance required
