Responsibilities
Millennium Corporation is hiring a Data Architect to work 100% REMOTE. The candidate must have an active secret clearance.
The Data Architect will:

Design, develop, and implement relational databases and data warehouses to support mission-driven analysis, audit, and evaluation efforts.

Administer and automate data lifecycle processes, including role-based dashboard access, AWS S3 storage integration, third-party APIs, and Redshift/Postgres SQL data updates.

Manage enterprise systems administration, automation development, and production database delivery within hybrid Windows Server and RHEL (AWS GovCloud) environments.

Lead architecture analysis and implementation planning for Regional Cyber Operations Centers (RCCs), including technology roadmaps and transition strategies.

Deliver data ingestion enhancements within 12-week Program Increments while supporting Agile ceremonies and Scrum team execution.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have an active secret clearance.
- BS degree in Engineering, Physics, Network Security, Computer Science, Information Systems preferred
- 6-8 years IT experience and 2 to 5 years of direct Data Architecture
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II equivalent
- Experience with DataBricks, Advana, Redshift, RHEL, Structured Query Language (PL/SQL & T-SQL), and AWS products.
Business Development
Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
Physical Requirements
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
