- Executive Support: Outlook Calendaring, Scheduling, Email Communications, Billable Time and Special Projects
- Office and Showroom Management: Manage Supplies, Organization, and Upkeep
- IT and Facilities Support: Responsible for all Technology, Equipment, and Maintenance
- Team Support: General Errands, Presentation Preparations, and Filing
- Marketing and Branding: Spearhead Campaigns and Support Business Development
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to 100% commit to Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 pm minimum hours in Mountain View office (45 min. maximum commute).
- Positive, enthusiastic team player excited to contribute without limitation.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years in an Administrative support background preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with proven experience in Microsoft calendaring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong intuitive knowledge of the needs of others, and a proactive approach to jump in and support.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A desire to work closely and in tandem with the Founder/Principal Designer.
- Confidential and acute management of assigned tasks.
- Extremely detail oriented and accurate in all deliverables.
- Must be a problem-solver, self-starter and highly resourceful.
