Description

Mount Indie is presently collaborating with our Small Business Prime in the bidding phase for a contract to deliver IT and Cyber Security services to the IT Division within the NSWC Corona Division, Corporate Operations Department
This contract provides support to diverse units, encompassing the Command Information Office, Information Technology Operations, Information Management Customer Services, and Cyber Security
In alignment with this initiative, we are actively seeking a Database Administrator

Daily Responsibilities:

• Administrates organization's database, using database management system to organize and store data
• Ascertains user requirements, creates computer databases, and tests and coordinates changes
• Interacts with development and end-user personnel to determine application data access requirements, transaction rates, volume analysis, and other pertinent data required to develop and maintain integrated databases
• Ensures performance of database
• Administers, tests, and implements computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems
• Coordinates changes to computer databases
• Plans, coordinates, and implements security measures to safeguard computer databases
• Maintains databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team

Requirements:

• Master's Degree
• 10 years of professional experience administering, testing, and implementing computer databases
