    Details:

    • Tampa, FL
    • 6 month contract to hire
    • $18 to 26/hr

    Duties:

    • Conduct daily estimations from existing architectural and technical drawings for quoting and fabrication
    • Develop CAD drawings as well as technical drawings for client review and digital fabrication
    • Use architectural and design knowledge to aid in project development
    • Work with the sales team to offer technical knowledge regarding fabrication
    • Utilize knowledge of spatial formatting and measuring to aid Project Managers and Sales Team during and after field visits/ site walk throughs
    • Work along-side Fabrication team to properly guide projects through to completion

    Qualifications:

    • Proficient in AutoCAD
    • Experience reviewing architectural drawings a plus
    • Surveying experience or experience on active construction sites
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • General computer experience (Excel, Microsoft Word, email correspondence, etc.)
    • A certification or more in Architectural/Interior design or related degree a plus
    • 3D CAD knowledge/experience a plus
