• End date: Looking for a locum to perm
• Schedule: 40-hour work week
• Approximate patients per day: 15-20 patients daily
• Type of visits: Provider follow-ups, Sick call referrals, Managing Chronic illnesses and Acute illness patients, Chart reviews, Medication renewals. Prescribing medications. Small surgical procedures, Diagnosing.
• Support staff: ARNP, Nursing staff, Health Unit worker
