The IT Project Manager for Workday Implementation is a crucial role responsible for overseeing the efficient management of projects implementation, coordination, and successful execution of the project. This IT PM functions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence.

Overview of Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the project manager and resident expect on the Workday implementation project.
2. Manage the integration development process, coordinating schedules and managing resources to ensure timelines are met.
3. Participate in the design, build, test, and deployment activities of each integration as needed.
4. Work with business users to gather requirements, write functional and technical specifications and communicating technical requirements.
5. Work with internal and external resources to coordinate, configure, and test integrations between the ERP solution and benefit providers, payroll systems and other 3rd party/custom solutions.
6. Provide executive and team lead with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status.
7. Participate in update training and other activities needed to support Workday implementation.
8. Effectively communicate with cross functional teams through the complete project /program lifecycle.
9. Manage the backlog of features, enhancements, and change requests.
10. Facilitate security reviews for projects, technologies, third parties and business process to determine adherence to security policy.

Education/Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or in lieu of a diploma we can accept related experience.
Two years experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare field required.

1. Strong project management experience.
2. Workday integration experience.
3. Proficient in interacting with Workday Web Services and Reports-as-a-Service.
4. 3+ years implementing and/or supporting integration solutions with ERP software; demonstrated integration experience in the Human Resources and Payroll areas, Supply Chain and Finance.
5. Experience working with large Workday Implementation Partners.

Schedule Details:
Salaried Position. Monday - Friday
Schedule adjusted as needed to work with implementation teams as appropriate. Occasional evening or weekend work. Must be flexible.
