    A Business Analyst Position

    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to support our Technology team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as subject matter expert for various software platforms and tools.
    • Collaborate with departments to understand systems, processes, and requirements.
    • Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS), overseeing content migration, quality assurance, and updates.
    • Lead evaluation and implementation of feature requests for software platforms.
    • Assist in selection and implementation of new software by collaborating with departments.
    • Monitor and evaluate performance of implemented solutions.

    Additional Tasks

    • Assist with project management tasks including documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Gather and analyze data to understand business needs.
    • Develop business models and forecasts.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum 2-4 years experience in business analysis or similar role.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in data analysis tools and software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Necessary Skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Familiarity with the Catholic faith is preferred.

    Physical Demands

    The employee is regularly required to perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, typing, and use of office equipment.
