    Job Description```Role

    As an Operations Superintendent (also known as Production Superintendent, Manufacturing Superintendent), you'll manage the daily operations of a manufacturing facility, oversee production schedules, and ensure on-time delivery of products. You'll also utilize a variety of CNC machines to meet production goals, lead and mentor a team of machinists and operators, and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
    • 10+ years of experience, with a background in machining and assembly.
