As a Corporate Counsel you will support all day-to-day legal activities.Lead all aspects of the Legal department including the Contract Specialist
Support business development efforts including developing scalable contract templates
Serve as escalation point for legal questions from Contracts Specialist
Assist with questions related to HIPAA and other data privacy regulations
Review existing agreements and assist outside counsel with legal business regarding the company's rights and obligations
Provide general legal legal, corporate, commercial, and compliance support for the company's activities
Work with the company's liability insurance broker to help oversee the risk management/insurance program
Develop and deliver relevant training programs to management and staff
A minimum of 3-5 years of related legal life sciences experience in a fast paced, high tech environment working with life sciences companies, CROs, and clinical research sites
Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines in high volume and an ever changing fast-paced environment
Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
Demonstrated experience/maturity to handle confidential and sensitive information
Demonstrated experience with contract negotiations
Proficient with Microsoft Office and GSuite software
