- Evaluate developmental skills of infants and toddlers, develop a plan for service, and provide direct services and consultations to children and families enrolled in the Early Steps program
- Assist in the development and review of the child's Individualized Family Support Plan (IFSP)
- Provide coaching strategies that promote the child's learning and development to parents and caregivers
- Complete daily notes, progress updates, and Early Steps program specific documentation as required
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as required
- Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with the Early Steps team

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, communication sciences, nursing, psychology, social work, or related field
- One year of documented professional experience in providing Early Intervention services to 0-5 year old children with developmental delays and/or special needs
- Florida Certification as an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist (ITDS)
- Ability to enroll as FL Medicaid provider
- Ability to travel to various work locations
- Ability to promote a positive team-based environment a must
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
