Position Overview:
As a Landscape Supply Center Crew Member, you'll play a key role in providing customers with the materials they need, loading and unloading products, managing bulk inventory. This is a hands-on position that requires physical labor and teamwork. During the Winter season you will play a vital role in snowplowing and removal services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers by loading and unloading landscaping materials (soil, mulch, stone, etc.) onto their vehicles or delivery trucks.
Ensure inventory is organized in the yard.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the supply center, including the yard and surrounding areas.
Operate front end loaders, skid steers, and other equipment to move materials when necessary.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the interior of the machines.
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscaping operations is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Heavy equipment experience.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Must be able to follow safety procedures and company policies.
