The Twin Valley Coffee Cold Brew and Roasting Technician is responsible for handling and staging roasting materials,coffee cupping analysis,
and operation/maintenance of our commercial roasters and roasting accessories.
- Safely and accurately operate coffee roasting machines,mmonitoring temperature,airflow,and roast time to meet specific production targets
- Perform quality assurance through cupping,sensory analysis,and evaluating roast levels to identify defects
