Work Schedule:

Work 4 days a week with 10-hour shifts. The specific days and shifts will vary depending on the department's needs.

Join our team as a Registered Nurse at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington and provide top-notch nursing care to a designated group of patients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating health care services, collaborating with the health care team, and ensuring the implementation of care plans. If you enjoy working in Surgical Services, dealing with areas like General Surgery, ENT, Womens Health, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and more, this role is perfect for you. As an essential member of the team, you will play a crucial role in patient assessment and care plan execution.

• Conduct ongoing assessment of patient care needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Understand the effects of aging on patients and tailor care accordingly.
• Address patients' psychosocial, cultural, and emotional needs.
• Promote health education and preventive care.
• Participate in educational programs and quality assurance activities.

• N/A

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

• Registered Nurse License (Washington) required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

• Effective communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

• Prior experience in ambulatory care nursing or primary nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a plus.
