    Behavioral and Cultural Development Solutions, LLC is seeking a capable Program Specialist to oversee the day to day operations of our varying Behavior Supports programs.

    The Program Specialist works directly under the guidance of the CEO and is responsible for managing consumer relations, quality of service, and ensuring the agency remains in compliance with state and federal regulations.

    The individual in this position must to be able to work in a fast pace, multitasking work environment; be resourceful with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    He or She must be a team player and ensure team cohesiveness from our staff.

    The Program Specialist must maintain up to date knowledge of the Human Service and Allied Professional Industry and be customer service focused with an upbeat and positive perspective.

    The key aspect of this role will be to protect our brand image and company profile.


    Responsibilities:


    • Maintain monthly contact with consumer interdisciplinary team (Supports Coordinator, Program Specialist, parents, guardians, Direct Care provider etc.)
    • Plan and coordinate the development, implementation, and execution of services, special projects, and other initiatives designed to achieve the overall mission, goals, and objectives of the company
    • Oversee and administers all facets of the day-to-day operations of the various services and activities related to the position.
    • Provide accurate data regarding service needs
    • Carry a case load up to 3 consumers.
    • Others duties as specified per management request
    • Be available as an on-call staff to fill-in possible gaps in services
    • Train and develop best practices to ensure quality and expedient service delivery

    Requirements:



    Preferred:
    Master's in Education, Psychology, Social work,


    • Bachelor degree and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Human Services professional
    • Have the ability to travel 60% of work week
    • Be available to work weekends
    • Sufficient writing skills

    Proficient in Microsoft Office:
    Word, Excel, and Power Point.

    • *Must have access to reliable transportation and
