Job Requirements The Labor & Employment Group is seeking to hire a junior -level associate to be based in their Los Angeles office. California State Bar admission is required. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in handling employment litigation and providing labor and employment compliance advice to employers. Wage and hour class/collective/representative action experience and managing cases independently is a plus. They pride themselves in providing both formal and informal training, mentorship and hands-on experience by staffing their cases leanly and efficiently. Associates work directly with partners on matters and often have direct contact with clients. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.
