    Administrative Assistant – Financial Department

    The CommuniCare Family of Companies is a privately owned healthcare organization based in the Blue Ash suburb of Cincinnati, OH. Since 1984 we have owned and operated healthcare facilities in multiple states. The Administrative Assistant to the CFO position is a full-time position at our Corporate Office in Blue Ash.

    Pay Range: $55k-75k/annually

    PURPOSE/BELIEF STATEMENT

    We're in search of a qualified and resourceful Administrative Assistant with experience supporting a CFO or Controller to support our Financial Department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The Assistant will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions of the Financial Department and assisting the CFO with daily tasks.

    JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in developing and executing reports and material for Financial Department
    • Participate in development of Financial objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements
    • Continually improve efficiency of the Financial department and organization as a whole and improve employee experience
    • Assist Chief Financial Officer and Controller with day to day tasks such as scheduling meetings, travel, communications etc.

    QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree, (PHR, SPHR a plus)
    • Previous Administrative experience a must
    • Experience working with Financial systems and custom report writing a plus
    • 3 to 5 years' experience in Financial Department supporting Controller or CFO highly preferred
    • Proficient skill using Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external customers.
    • High degree of ethics and personal integrity, as well as confidentiality regarding all employee matters.
