NorthBay Health is an independent, locally based nonprofit health care system, founded on the notion that the most compassionate care and advanced medicine shouldn't require a patient to travel far from home. Instead, they should be able to find it right where they live.
Since 1960, that is exactly what we've provided. Our specialty services include the county's busiest Level II Trauma Center; Women's and Children's Services, featuring a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit; a Cancer Center; Heart and Vascular services, (which includes a chest pain center, interventional cardiology, and cardiac surgery); Orthopedics services and Neuroscience & Spine services, designed to provide the most comprehensive care including Primary Stroke Center, neuro-oncology, neurovascular, and degenerative spine injuries.
