    Our client is looking for a Process Technician to join their 5-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. Our clients Arizona Manufacturing Department is responsible for monitoring wafer manufacturing process, process analysis, and collaborative solutions.     Module Process Technician, such as Etch, YED, CVD, EPI, PVD, CMP, Diffusion, Lithography/Photo, and Metrology
    Position Overview:
    Work in an office-based operations environment, multitasking up to 25 online manufacturing systems and data analysis
    • Position is NOT working on the manufacturing floor;it is office based at a computer workstation
    • Position does NOT include working on equipment, only focus is data analysis
    • Utilize technical aptitude, data analysis, cycle time, error codes, and work on a collaborative team environment
    • Collaborate with engineers and leadership to manage efficiency of manufacturing results
    • Utilize procedures, supporting SOP, lean manufacturing, identify bottlenecks, and create solutions that support production goals.
    • Memorize 50+ module defect codes per module, discover trends, production analysis, and mitigate production risk to align to daily goals
    • Training for these positions take 6-9 months to learn which include OJT, SOP learning, shadowing, video training, and actual production.
    • Utilize experiences with emphasis on data analysis and collaborative team toward a common goal
    • Additional duties based on business needs.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • ​​​​​​​Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:
    • High school Diploma required
    • AAS Degree, or Technical Certificate preferred, but not required
    • 2 to 10 years of professional work setting, office environment
    • Fundamental Microsoft Excel, Power Point, MS Office/ Outlook
    • Data analysis abilities, process flow analysis, flexible work culture, develop procedures
    • Ability to learn complex procedures and planning for incoming material for processing
    • Ability to remain in a stationary position, often sitting for long periods.
    • Production work shifts are on 12-hour shifts on day shifts or night shifts, 3-4 days per week (set schedules)
