Full Time - Day Shift
The Director of Practice Management is responsible for maintaining efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the outpatient practices of the network, while meeting profitability goals and ensuring positive client experiences.
Through the direct oversight of the office management staff, the Director of Practice Management will ensure that the practices have consistent workflows and scripts to meet the clients' needs.
The Director of Practice Management will work with the practice managers to ensure that providers' schedules are filled while the practices operate with the highest level of customer service.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
License/Certifications:
N/A
Experience:
5+ years experience in an outpatient behavioral healthcare practice setting. Advanced communication skills with experience communicating with providers and management are required. Knowledge of CPT coding guidelines from the AMA and experience with Revenue Cycle Management are preferred.
Highly proficient in customer service.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of personnel.

Work flexible hours.
Work independently, collaboratively and is self-directed.
