Job summary

The Merchandising Service Associate is responsible for providing customer service and building relationships with vendors by providing direction and checking to ensure merchandise resets are completed according to Lowe's specifications.

Key Responsibilities include Customer Service, Building Relationships with Vendors and Collaborating with the Merchandising Service team and Manager by communicating project priorities, schedule, and project needs (e.g., materials, supplies, time).

This role requires analyzing metrics and providing feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders.
