This is a chance to be on the production floor troubleshooting and problem solving on the fly to ensure we meet our production goals. This is a chance to develop as a leader change agent and Engineer.
This role involves supervising a team of unionized employees in a fast-paced environment optimizing production efficiency learning brewing processes through hands-on training developing monitoring and maintaining production plans inventories schedules ensuring excellent process performance product quality executing health safety programs enforcing critical aspects of safety quality involved in brewing beer operations or packaging operations managing department financial results track via SAP creating implementing tools process resources improve quality safety efficiency responsible achieve supply of beer correct volume brand time within specifications packaging department utilizing Management System tools close gaps performance root cause analysis Gap Analysis MCRS meeting schedules action logs PDCA SDCA cycles oversee preventative maintenance work area responsibility assure compliance labor contracts manage relationship union discipline grievances necessary applicable work senior leaders drive process improvement initiatives change efforts.
