Utilizes scientific and engineering principles to conduct environmental audits to develop alternative course of actions for top-level management decision making.
Maintains technical correctness of installation plans, programs, and policies ensuring compliance with local, Federal, DOD, and Army environmental laws, regulations, directives, and applicable procedures in the assigned areas of responsibility.
