Job Description

Enrollment Specialist Opportunity Overview:

As an Enrollment Specialist, you play a crucial role in building trusted relationships with current and potential students. By utilizing your in-depth knowledge of the university's programs and features, you will guide students towards selecting the right higher education program that aligns with their personal and professional development goals.

Master the enrollment process steps, including financial aid procedures.
Effectively communicate the value propositions of the university's programs to offer an excellent student experience.
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address student issues and ensure a positive experience.
Exceed performance standards through personal and team attitude.
Contribute to business growth by assisting prospective students through the enrollment process.
Engage in quality inbound and outbound communications, maintain student relationships, and support program persistence.
Collaborate with team members and other departments for a strong team relationship.
Participate in training sessions to facilitate student enrollments and team collaboration.
Perform assigned duties and comply with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
1 year of customer service, account management, or relationship-building experience preferred.
1 year of previous admissions experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) preferred.
Must possess confident telephone presence and excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated, able to work effectively in a team environment, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
High-level understanding of products and degree programs offered.
Effective time management skills, adaptability to change, and ability to prioritize daily activities.
Demonstrate consultative skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and good judgment.
Successful completion of Enrollment Specialist training before certification.
Maintain confidential student data in compliance with Adtalem Code of Conduct and Ethics policy.
Comply with all professional activities according to Adtalem Code of Conduct and Ethics policy.

Additional Information:

Expected salary range: $18.15 - $32.86. Actual pay based on job-related factors.
Adtalem offers health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401k Retirement Program with employer match, 15 Days of Paid Vacation per year, and paid holidays.
