Who We Are:The New England Knockouts are a professional minor league baseball team in the MLB-partnered Frontier League. The Knockouts are the newest franchise of the Frontier League, officially being awarded membership in the fall of 2023. The Knockouts play at Campanelli Stadium, located in Brockton, Massachusetts.


Position Overview:

The Director of Stadium Operations will oversee general maintenance, upkeep, and day-to-day operations of Campanelli Stadium. Stadium Operations provides maintenance, clean-up, general ballpark operations, parking, and clubhouse operations for Campanelli Stadium.


Major responsibilities:· Oversee stadium maintenance and operations for Campanelli Stadium.· Partner with DBH's Senior Director, Stadium Operations & Event Services to provide consistent, efficient, and superior facilities management.· Prepare and manage the annual budget for annual stadium expenses.· Strive to complete repairs and maintenance in-house when applicable.· Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and lead seasonal Stadium Operations staff.· Manage parking operations. · Attain a deep knowledge of the ballpark and its amenities and be able to direct fans accordingly.· Represent the Knockouts brand in a professional and positive manner both inside & outside the ballpark.


Qualifications:· Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required)· 2 years' experience maintaining a venue or facility.· Ability to solve problems quickly and professionally.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Organized and detail oriented.· Reliable and punctual.· Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment (Standing continuously for multiple hours, as well as walking up and down stairs)· Must be able to work outdoor events on evenings, weekends and holidays


Preferred qualifications:· Bachelor's Degree preferred.· Experience with some small engine equipment is a plus (leaf blower, pressure washer, lawn mower, weed eater, etc.)· Painting experience is a plus.· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.· Ability to safely operate equipment.
