Description
Project ManagementOversee the project across its four phases: Conceptual Design (due by 3/22/24), Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, and Final Design.
Ensure timely completion and strict adherence to project specifications.
Collaboration Tools
Utilize Smartsheet for internal project collaboration, particularly in managing intricate engineering design processes.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with HR, accounting, and executive leadership to handle complex project details, including certified payroll and monthly billing substantiation.
Manage project finances, including budget outlooks and cash burn-down forecasts.
Prototype Development
Guide the manufacturing of a full-scale prototype, incorporating lessons learned into the final design to produce 5 units of 4000 HP electric motors.
Coordinate with partner companies to secure funding and align project objectives.
