    Achievement Centers for Children is a Cleveland, Ohio-based non-profit organization nationally recognized for its excellence in helping children with disabilities and their families achieve and thrive. Employment with us is rewarding personally and professionally.

    The ideal candidate is an experienced receptionist who comfortable working on a multi-phone system in our Westlake front office environment.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Experience and/or training in switchboard operation
    • Strong computer skills and good typing skills
    • HS Diploma/GED
    • 3 years of job-related experience

    Responsibilities:

    • Answers incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner and greets/directs guests
    • Coordinates and orders supplies
    • Creates daily appointment schedule, makes reminder calls to clients and logs cancelations
    • Distributes incoming mail and faxes, maintains copy and postage machines, applies postage
    • Ensures co-pays, deductibles and other fees are collected at the front desk.
