    Description
    As the Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various activities to support the Company's recruiting efforts. Partner with Recruiters, Regional Human Resources Managers, and Hiring Managers as needed to provide assistance throughout the recruiting process. To excel in this role, strong communication and organizational skills are needed.

    Review various audit reports within Workday on a regular basis and take care of actionable items.

    Un-post closed and/or filled requisitions, ensure requisitions are assigned to the correct primary Recruiter, and make other corrections in the system as needed.

    Notify the Recruiter and Hiring Manager of requisitions that have been sitting in the approval process or have had no movement after a designated amount of time.

    Ensure certain requisitions are posted internally or externally only as required. Un-post and streamline multiple requisitions for the same job at a particular location as assigned. Send the Director of Human Resources weekly reports related to requisition activity and Recruiter metrics.

    Send reports to RVPs, Regional Fleet Services Managers, and Regional Human Resources Managers related to open requisitions and requisition activity.

    Responsible for sending reports regarding applicant flow to the Marketing Department to justify need for additional Company advertising as assigned.

    Responsible for updating appropriate information such as work shift, hours, etc. on new Indeed postings as needed.

    Follow up with Recruiters to determine if any sponsored jobs can be closed/paused or if any jobs should potentially be sponsored after reviewing applicant flow.

    Create new messaging templates on Indeed and remove templates for jobs that have been closed/filled. Responsible for messaging candidates who come in from Indeed sponsored job links with instructions on how to apply. Respond to inquiries and messages from candidates in the Indeed Message Center. Build relationships with various schools/colleges and serve as the main point of contact as it relates to career fairs.

    Sign the Company up for career fairs as assigned, track career fair related costs, and is responsible for compiling and ensuring all invoices related to career fairs have been paid.

    Assist in planning and executing career/job fairs and other events to attract potential applicants. Manage inventory of promotional items to be given out at career fairs. Message candidates who reach out regarding open jobs via Handshake. Proactively communicate with candidates who are not ready for hire.


    For this role, we require a High School Diploma or GED, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 3 years of Human Resources, Recruiting, and/or Marketing experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.

    We prefer for you to have 5 years of Human Resources, Recruiting, and/or Marketing experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, and previous experience using a Human Capital Management (HCM) System and/or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
